Terms & Conditions for Computer Courses

1. Admission & Enrollment

1. Admission will be confirmed only after full payment.
2. Students must provide accurate personal details during registration.
3. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any admission.

2. Course Fees

1. Course fees must be paid within the given time frame.
2. Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under the Refund Policy conditions.
3. Any government taxes or exam fees are payable separately (if applicable).

3. Attendance & Discipline

1. Students must maintain an attendance rate of at least 75% to receive certification.
2. Misbehavior, misuse of computers, or disturbance in class may lead to termination without refund.
3. Damaging institute property will result in a penalty.

4. Study Materials

1. Course materials (books, PDFs, online access) are for personal use only.
2. Sharing or copying course content without permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Class Schedule

1. The institute may change class timings, trainers, or batch schedules if required.
2. Holiday announcements will be communicated through the notice board or WhatsApp.

6. Exams & Certification

1. Students must complete assignments, projects, and exams to qualify for certificates.
2. Certificates will be issued only after clearing all dues and meeting attendance criteria.

7. Use of Computers & Internet

1. Institute systems must be used only for learning purposes.
2. Downloading games, movies, or harmful software is strictly prohibited.

8. Payment & Penalties

1. A late fee may be charged for delayed payments.
2. Students failing to pay fees on time may be blocked from classes.

Re-Exam Policy (Add to Terms & Conditions)

1. If a student fails the final exam, he/she must appear for a re-exam by paying the re-exam fee as per the institute's rules.

9. Photography & Promotion

1. The institute may use class photos/videos for promotional purposes unless a student opts out.

10. Institute Rights

1. The institute reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions anytime.
2. Students will be notified of major changes.
